You guys know what a huge fan I am of Greek yogurt, especially Chobani, so I was super excited when they contacted me to see if I wanted to try out 2 of their new flavors: Pomegranate and Pineapple!

The first one I sampled was the Pomegranate.

Verdict? Very tasty. There are actual pomegranate seeds in the yogurt, which I loved but might throw some people off. The pom flavor is quite subtle and it was a lot less sweet than I anticipated. If you like pomegranates or pomegranate juice, then you’ll definitely be a fan. I’d give it 4 stars out of 5.
Next up: Pineapple.

Okay, let me start off by saying that I did NOT expect to like this. I’m not a huge fan of pineapple-flavored anything (though actual pineapples I like) and I guess I was afraid that it would taste like a pina colada. Not so. This was fantastic! Like the pomegranate, it was just sweet enough. Very rich and creamy with a perfect amount of pineapple flavor, almost as if you’d added fresh fruit yourself. FIVE STARS. As a matter of fact, I might just have another cup right now…
So on to the fun part!

UG sorry I found this blog too late. I am up for anything tasty and free. I have been searching for the old fashioned yogurt – you know the kind- from before it became a fruit flavored puddinglike substance. So when Chobani came out I hesitated but then eventually tried the pineapple. OMG was out of this world – now I dream of it all day. I am saving mine for dessert everyday – like a treat – its that good. My store is pretty much always out of the pomagranite and Pineapple – everyone must like those! They would be my favorites. Hope I don’t have to search too long for this.
