Fast Food

Wow guys, thank you SO much for all of the Trader Joe’s recommendations!! Between the blog, facebook and emails, it looks like I’m going to need a U-Haul for our TJ’s trip. And a bigger fridge.

I think Isla has hit the 3 month growth spurt because all she wanted to do today was nurse. She was fussy as all get out and barely napped, too. It made for a super fun day. We did make it out this morning for a short trip to the park to meet up with Jack’s playgroup. The weather is amazing (when I got up to run this morning it was only 60 degrees!) and I know Jack has really missed running around outside… not exactly possible with 100+ degree temps, all of this West Nile business, plus a newborn in tow.

Here he is playing “Chick Fil A drive-thru.” Would you like some mulch with your waffle fries?

Isla mercifully slept through our park date:

… so I took pictures of her sweet chubby rolls. Because they’re awesome.

After playing pacifier to Isla all day, I didn’t really have time to make dinner. We ended up at Fuddrucker’s- because Jack puts in a request to eat there at least 5 times per week. Tonight he grabbed his cheeseburger to take the first bite and the entire patty fell on the floor. Fail.

(They gave us another one at no charge. Yea Fuddruckers!)

My turkey burger + side salad. I was trying to be good but it’s just not the same without fries.

You like my pickle pile?

Okay I’m off to fold laundry and pack Jack’s lunch. If you have any more Trader Joe’s suggestions, keep ‘em coming!
